(1) We Have Traffic Volume 

First of all we use proprietary methods to "pro-actively" promote our list. We are one of the largest UK escort lists and we are, without a doubt, the largest London specific escort and related services toplist in the world. This claim is based on the volume of traffic traded daily. View the list and pay attention to the calibre of sites that have joined, are actively trading traffic and the traffic they are receiving. We reset the list regularly (approximately once a week). This is unlike other toplists that reset every 2 months, showing high out scores that can be very deceiving. If you join just one list for your London site, let it be this one!

(2) Sharing Traffic Works

If you've never joined a toplist before, the benefits are very easy to understand. If a visitor to your site, decides not to purchase your product they may leave your site and you may never hear from them again. On the other hand, if they are not interested but click on one of our links to the list you will gain rank on the list. A user who clicks from another site to our list, and then on to your site may well purchase your product. This is the basis behind the sharing of traffic that is common to toplists - it increases productivity. If your "in score" equals your "out score" then you gain at least twice the exposure. If you look at the list you will see that in exceptional circumstances some of our patrons are receiving more than twenty times what they send. However, we have gone a step further to enhance the value of our traffic - please read on.

(3) Only London Traffic

Unlike most UK toplists we are completely London centric - we only accept those sites that are based in London, serving the London area and/or who can deliver London visitors. Our site therefore receives a very large amount of London specific traffic (hence the name "London Sin") which means that you, in turn, receive traffic that is far more likely to convert to sales leads (hit for hit) than any other toplist, because of the increased likelihood that the users are interested in london products and located in London or close by. Ask yourself what good it is receiving 100 hits daily from a toplist to your London site if 90% of the traffic is from the USA or even worse Russia!

(4) Only Productive Traffic

We want our traffic partners to receive valuable and targeted London traffic first and foremost. However, it must also be productive traffic.  Therefore a user coming to our list from your site will only count towards your "in" score if the user then clicks another link on the list. This is a mechanism that is designed to protect you from other sites generating a high rank by sending poor, foreign or even fake traffic (eg self clicking or hitbots). In other words, it is just one of many tools that we use to help prevent cheating. Remember that this applies to all sites so it will not result in a decrease of your rank, only an increase in fairness, productivity and the value of the traffic you receive from us. We constantly analyse the traffic sent by sites to the list and if the traffic of a particular site falls below a certain minimum productivity we will remove the offending site.

(5) Only Related Traffic

We only accept escort agencies, independent escorts, massage services, saunas, strip clubs, lap/table/pole dancing clubs, guides and other such services. These are products that receive clients likely to be interested in what you have to offer. We use our discretion for services falling outside of these categories but we are strict about it and will not hesitate to reject sites we feel will not be sending the kind of traffic that fits the bill. The issue is quality and not quantity.

(6) No Slow Loading Banners

The escort industry is the only industry which seems to pride itself on slow loading pages full of banners and top lists are the worst offenders. Although we show a rotating banner spot above the listing pages, we wont be listing banners on the list itself. It boils down to the fact that from experience, we find that banner lists look tacky and take too long to load. A large number of hits are rendered useless because the user prefers to close the page rather than wait for it to load. Users who stay tend to click the first banner or the one with the highest CTR (click through rate) leaving the other sites without a fair share of the traffic.

(7) Minimal Advertising

Many toplists these days gain more from the traffic you send to their list than you ever will. They do so by filling the first half of the page with banners or by surrounding the list with a large amount of advertisers who ultimately get more of the hits than the sites listed. Our pledge is to keep the advertising on the list to an absolute minimum so as to enable us to funnel as much traffic back to you as we possibly can. We promise to never incorporate annoying pop-up, pop-under or interstitial advertising. We have a paid text link and some banner advertising at the top of listing pages. However, we do not plan to exceed this quota and advertising will be kept to a minimum.

(8) Enhanced Speed & Accuracy

Over 95% of the toplists on the internet are coded in CGI and although that is sufficient, we have opted to use PHP software. PHP is regarded as being a far superior successor to CGI in execution and overall performance. It operates over 60% faster according to benchmark tests. The most highly regarded toplist program is produced by the makers of CGI software. We are using the next generation of that software, coded in PHP. Our toplist is text based and it loads fast.

(9) Accountability

If you haven't gathered already, we want to trade traffic and we're also very confident that listing with us will benefit you. If you are already listed on another toplist, we urge you to compare the quality and  quantity of the traffic you receive from their list with ours. If you have a log analyzer program (such as Sawmill) you can do this by monitoring IP details, visitors, referrer information and by looking at the number of page views generated by visitors coming from any particular site.
